Is it possible to change attachment labels to different language? like arabic language

I'm creating a form using nintex forms, and I added attachment block, I'm trying to change the messages and labels for the attachments to be in arabic language, is it possible?

Hi Omar,

I have only the english language pack installed but don't these texts change if you switch the language in SharePoint?

However, if that doesnt work for you, the only possibility I can think about is using JavaScript in your form to change these labels. Use the developer tools to find the classes/IDs you can use and write some JQuery/JS file to change the text values in the respective tags.

Thank you for your reply, the texts does not change when I switch the language, every other things changed, I thought of your way of solving this, but I wanted to know if there is other ways to do this.
