Our tablet is running Android 4.4.2 but when we go to Android Play Store we can’t download the application because it says our device is not compatible.
What can we do ?

Does the issue only occur on one Android device or on any Android device you use to download the Nintex Mobile application. I'd like to narrow down the scope of the issue.

Hi,
It has been solved with the support, they send us the app APK in order to install it directly.
Really don't know why play store does not show it as available, it occured only on this device which seems to be very cheap...
