Nintex Mobile Troubleshooting

We've deployed Nintex Mobile to iPads using Blackbery BES12 MDM

When trying to use a Corporate Account initial login, the app is not able to contact the target account URL.

We're not seeing the HTTPS traffic we're expecting across the firewall.

Wondering if Nintex Mobile needs any additional network connectivity to function, or if there is a guide to troubleshooting authentication errors?

Are you inside the companies network connected through WiFi or are you trying to access it over cellular connection?

In general both should work. A problem might be that you are accessing a load balancer which cannot route the login to the SharePoint servers or a restrictive Firewall / proxy setting.

Is the login failing or is the app no letting you get to the login screen because it didn't see the url as valid. Just want to make sure I understand at which step you are seeing trouble.

I think the issue is not with Nintex at this point.  I will leave this question open in case this becomes an issue when we get further along.  thank you both for responding - will keep you posted.
