When Unicode characters are returned in a LIST method to a list control, the form hangs and causes the error below when looking at the IE browser developer tools:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'selectNodes' of undefined
Diagnoses
When the Unicode is removed the form loads as expected. This was confirmed as an issue by the K2 development team.
Resolution
The issue was addressed in a SmartForms Rollup patch.
