how to get the Current page URL with querystrings from server side event in K2 SmartForms

I want to get the current page URL with querystrings, I ahve tried it to get using javascript and set its value in datalabel and textbox but although by checking it thorugh alert() its passing the value and it does not set its value in either datalabel, textbox or in any other control. I just need complete URL with querystring so that i can navigate to same page with different querystring value. 

 

Any help in this regards will be appriciated!!!

Same question like:

I want to get the value of k2 smartform server side label value in javascript value , but unable to get the exact value in the javascript local variable.

 

Any pointers , be very greatfull.....
