I'm just starting my first K2 Blackpearl process in anger. It's a SharePoint integrated workflow that is triggered by a list to create new projects sites after they've been approved. All nice and straight forward and similar to the scenario covered on the course.
The problem I'm having i that in my environment, when I trigger the Site creation process, the site is created with all the default groups in place, despite me telling the wizard to break inheritance. If I do the same within SharePoint it works as expected.
The second issue is where I have hidden columns within the source list. One of these is a status field used as a filter for SharePoint views. Because the content field is set as hidden, it doesn't appear in the K2 SharePoint List items metadata pane.. Any ideas as I'd rather not have these fields visible to all users within SharePoint.
