I input my SPS url in "Virtual Server URL" column, then press "Site"

This error usually indicates that the K2.net SharePoint Server components were not installed on the machine hosting SharePoint Portal Server (SPS).
You will need to execute the K2.net installer, and select to install only the K2.net 2003 SharePoint Server Web Service on the SPS machine.
