View Flow Problem

I have a user who is having trouble with the view flow functionality.

When she tries to view a process, the activity boxes are all drawn on overlapping each other, and there are no connecting lines drawn.

I have tried uninstalling the control, and then manually re-installing using the MSI which I extracted from the CAB file, however it is still having the same problem.

The user is running Windows XP with Office 2000, and Internet explorer 7. Other users are using the same configuration without a problem. She has been granted View and View Participate rights on the process.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this working?
