I have a single user where the preview form is blank. There is no custom code or styles associated with this form. Is there way to restore this functionality?
Are you currently in design mode? I can't tell from your screen shot, it almost appears as if you are in Edit mode currently editing an item.
Yes, please provide more information on your surroundings, like, I'm in a list editing a form for the one and only content type, here is the screen shot of the form in the canvas, and another for the preview mode, etc. Hopefully we can help nail down the issue with a little more information.
