How to get the name of the person who published the form

oooh this one has stumped me.  I would have thought it would be in the version history of the form but it isn't.  I also navigated to the form in explorer view but no "Authors" to be reported there either.  I had a search on the community and can't see anyone having asked the same before but now you have I can totally see why you would want to know this!

‌ can you shed any light?  How will I know when to blame your form over my form without this vital information
