Could not find ADUM.dll

I could not find the ADUM.dll in C:Program FilesK2.net 2003Bin directory....pls help.

ADUM is the component that allows communication with Active Directory. You should be able to browse through your K2.net install CD (or mount the .iso image) and browse it - you will find it in the program filesk2.net 2003in folder on the CD/CD Image
