I'm experiencing questions marks in emails sent by the workflow. If the email is sent to Outlook the question marks don't show. But the email is sent to our helpdesk system which processes the email and shows the questions marks. How can I get rid of the question marks? See example below:
Exclusion category: Training Room Computer??
Justification: Test Please assign then close.??

I know it's extra steps, but have you tried copying the fields to variables, and putting the varibles in the email instead of the actual list look up fields?
