How to Setup a Dual Approval workflow/activity.

Hello All,

 

I currently have a working request flow but I have been asked to implement a dual approval funcationality for specific activities. I am not sure how I would implement as currently the first destination user within the group opens the item it becomes "theirs" even if they close it. The only way I can think of doing this is to copy the same activity and add it onto the workflow but this would mean the first approver would be able to open the request form again.

 

What would be the best method for creating a dual approval form?

Reading the documentation you have provided it looks clear to use the slots within the activity. I currently have up to 8 approvers. I only need 2 of them to tick the box for it to proceed onto the next activity. I assume if one approver uses the amend option I can have it move to that activity without needing 2 approvers.

Going by the documentation provided I assume adjust my line rules to include an Action Result as I require both to approve or at least 1 to rework.

I am not sure how this is done or even if it will actually work.
