K2.net 2003 Studio cannot export or import a Process directly from/To Visio. The K2.net 2003 Studio Object model is 100% exposed so by writing a bit of code one can easily design a component that can provide this functionality. Please refer to the K2.net Studio Object model documentation for more information.
