Hello All,
I have two questions.
1. When I give some border to the multi text its not getting properly aligned with the label after publishing. But, when the border is removed the alignment is working fine. Please see the attached images.
2. Also, button has some kind of line on it after publishing the form.
Please someone provide some solution to this.

Dear,
This is because the borders are added to a container div with class name "nf-filler-control-border", not to the text area itself.
If you need a solution do the below:
1-Remove borders from control settings and add a custom control CSS class name to it 
2-In form settings, custom CSS section, add the below
3-You will end up with

Thanks Philips it works. How about the button. It contains some line in it after I publish. Could you please address that too.

Are you using Nintex 2010 or 2013?
In all cases, please send me the form with button only so I can check since am unable to reproduce the issue of button on my environment.
