Symptoms

User recieved the following email as a warning for an OAuth token that would be expiring soon. Confusion on which user should do the refresh.

Email template:
Your admin OAuth token may be expiring soon. This is calculated 90 days after the date you trusted the K2 for SharePoint app. If you change your password you must re-trust the app, and this will reset your OAuth token. It is recommended that you re-trust the app the same day you change your password for the best accuracy. See the details below for the site and refresh token URL.
Expires in: 2 day(s)

Refresh Token URL:
[Custom URL here]

Diagnoses

OAuth token is expiring soon because the time limit of 90 days is approaching. OAuth refresh is done when either 90 days has passed since trusting the app or the tenant admin has changed their password. More information needed on refreshing the admin OAuth token. Specifically for which user is to be doing the token refresh and how to do the refresh.

Resolution

OAuth token refresh is usually best done by admin account that was used in the initial setup of K2 for Sharepoint. This is usually specific based on a company's personal preference. However, usually it is the Sharepoint Administrator Account, the tenant admin. This account needs to just click the URL provided in the email link that is below "Refresh Token URL:". This will automatically do the refresh.
