Tasks in 'Waiting' status

Hello,

 

Our organization was having some problems with our K2 Service. To be more specific, we noticed that K2 Workspace was not loading any tasks. When we looked at the worklist(s) on our SharePoint instance(s), we notice that those were not loading any tasks either. As a resolution, we decided to restart the service which fixed the problem. However, now when we start a new or action an existing task, the task is automatically put into a waiting state for around an hour before it will continue.

 

Has anyone had this issue? If so, what steps can be taken to resolve this?

HI,

How did you resolve this issue. I recall I have also faced the similar fate earlier with K2 Server running always at 90% CPU. Since its in development server, I deleted those process instances and worked fine later.
