Can anyone guide me through installing & load balancing K2 Blackpearl using NTLM authentication, or Pass Through authentication, i need any solution or workaround to load balance K2 blackprearl without Kerberos authentication.
I have a SharePoint farm that is already using NTLM, and changing this to Kerberos, needs re-installing Everything.

AFAIK, You don't need Kerberos to use NLB. Create a DNS record that can be used for the K2 farm. Install Microsoft NLB and configure this "A" record to point to the two servers. Install the first K2 server as a farm and use the DNS record that was created. Install the second K2 server and add it to the existing farm. That's it.
Note: Use Pass through Authentication during install on both the servers.
