I have a requirement like user having mulitiple activities from different workflows and i want to show only one workflow activity in the worklist.
Is there any way to achive it.

Would you be able to provide some screenshots of the requirement?
Have you looked at setting up filters on the worklist?

If you are only wanting specific workflows, the worklist does have filtering capability OOB. If in workspace, click the wrench icon on the tool bar of the worklist. I don't remember off the top of my head the the location in the forms based worklist.
