Service Broker / PDFConverter.dll are not on local machine or K2 server. Where can these be installed from?

That is odd. The file you are referencing shoud be in the location specificed by the error message. It is a out of the box component that is installed when you install K2 Blackpearl. What version are you on? Did you have any installation issues?

Hi,

 

Found the PDFConverter.dll file in the E: drive - the Save As PDF control is pointing to C: drive. Any ideas how to change this?
