List Lookup - View Based - Drop Down only displays items on first page of view

Jump to solution

I have a need to create a drop down which will pull all the Item IDs from the current list the form is attached to.  I created a view because I only wanted a select group of items to be available in the drop down (all requests which have not been rejected and are not major projects).  **It is because of requiring multiple filters that I needed to create a specific view to base my list lookup on.

The drop down works, and pulls in the correct IDs, but it is only pulling the IDs from the first page of the view (I have my views defaulted to only show 30 items on a page).

How do I get the drop down to show all items (600+) in the view?

Thank you!!

that's default behaviour, you have to increase view limit.
