I have a simple question (hopefully). I have an infopath form that is published to a shared network folder, which works fine when someone opens the form from the network share.
However, when I try to use the "InfoPath Initialise" in K2, I keep getting the message "Could not expand the source file, please make sure this file has not since been deleted or moved from the original source destination."
It has not been moved, it is published there.
I have tried giving the share full security access btu with no success.
If anyone has any idea as to the issue I would be very grateful.

Hi,
Under which account is your K2 Server service running? This user must have modify access to the share.
If your service is running as Local System or Network Service, this may explain why the problem occurs (as these will only allow it to access files on the local machine's file system).
When you configure the InfoPath form in K2.net 2003 Studio, it will access the share using your own credentials, which would explain why the problem only occurs at runtime.
