Hi,

I have received a request for our K2 application to action a request with one click from an email.

So I know that functionality exists to action a request by replying to the email with the action word. But this requires clicking the reply button, typing the action word and clicking send.

Is it possible to create a hyperlink/button (OneClick) in this email for each action word that would send that action to the task with one click. This would bypass a reply email and send that action (possibly via web service request) to the task.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sam

Yes it's possible to create an intranet web app that processes the link with the processinstance id and the action.

That app could be generic but it will bypass all the validation that's on the actual form.

It will not work for the phone though.
