Hi,
We are recently facing the high memory usage for the K2 service in our server.
Please find below for the things we have in our environment:
i. No loops/polling for any of the workflow
ii. No preceding/succeeding/start rules for any of the workflow
iii. No smart object calling DB
iv. We are sending email sending on user action
v. Approx. 200 workflows will be in open state for 1 yr, another 200 workflows will be in open state 2 yr
vi. Also, we have one WCF service hosted in IIS on K2 server(having designer and workspace on same IIS). This WCF is used by our other team to instantiate K2 workflow.
Is any of the above setting causing this issue?
Kindly help in figuring out this issue. It's a high priority.
