Hello all!
Just a quick check, when calling SetEscalationRule inside my EscalationRule code, am I setting the escalation rule for the current Activity Instance or for all Activities going forward?
I am basing the escalation rule on a date in the InfoPath document for this activity which is different for each document that passes through this activity and the date is almost always in the future. It appears that the documents are not expiring and I want to make sure that I am not constantly moving the escalation rule out into the future so that nothing ever expires.
