I am trying to create a lookup function for a list of 5,000 diagnoses that works similar to the column type "person or group".
For ease of use for the end users, I'd like for them to be able to start typing a diagnoses and the drop down to populate the choices that fall into that. For example, if a user starts to type "diabetes" all records that have diabetes somewhere in the text would be the remaining items in the drop down for the user to select. As they enter more information less options would be found, as long as it is a direct match. Example, "diabetes with".
The current functionality I've found only works if "diabetes" is the first word in the data and the user quickly types out "dia".
