Populating SmartObjects using aspx form in K2

Hey I have created an aspx page using SharePoint designer with two textbox feilds and a submit button.In the process flow,I have a Form Generation event where I refer this form.When the workflow is deployed and the user opens the forms and clicks submit button,I want the SmartObjects created to take the values and store it.How do i go about.Please help.
