Create Button Does Nothing in Studio

Hi I wanted to see how common a problem this is. When I run K2 Studio on a desktop other than the server, I start the New process wizard and when I press Create, but it does nothing. I was on the phone with tech support and they said this was a known bug and would eventually be solved. I just need to find out how common this is. I haven't even been able to install Studio on my home PC connected to the VPN. Installing Blackpoint andgetting it running has been one headache after another and this isn't helping.
