SmartForm file attachment error

Users are unable to upload attachments to smart forms (applies to more than one workflow). Error message appears once attachment object is used:

 

'[file name]/0 bytes/The file could not be uploaded. The network might be down or the file size is larger than the maximum allowed.<br/><br/>Error: Not authorized.' 

 

Would be interested to find if anyone else has been experiencing this. We are on BlackPearl and SmartForms version 4.6.9.

What is the size and the type of the file that you are trying to upload?

 

can you restart k2 blackpearl service and try to upload the file again?

Hi Mustafa - The file size in my test is only a 29KB word doc but users normally load pdf's (and has not been a problem until recently). I have restarted the blackpearl service but still experiencing the problem. I will check other server connections. Thanks for your help - any other suggestions welcome.
