Is there any way to retrieve an email escalation, and the audit activity for it (date/time of when sent)?


Is there any way to retrieve the escalation date/time, for future escalations, and those that have already been hit?  There should be an API call to facilitate this, and an escalation report added to the baseline set of reports in the workspace would be nice.
