For my workflow we generate a document that captures a checklist before it is sent to the approver and saves it in a pending folder.
Once the workflow is fully approved it writes to the document and saves it the completed folder.
I've found that although the workflow has been fully approved the final audit checklist file has not been saved but see the pending document in the pending folder.
Any ideas as to why a document may not be generated even though the checklist has been approved?

Once the workflow is fully approved, I assume this is a workflow task that is being completed. The task being completed is different from the workflow completing. So it may be a matter of understanding just when the actions are kicking off and which one is completing to cause the document to be generated.
