we are trying to solve the K2hostserver issue, it cannot start up
my question is if we uninstall and reinstall Smartforms, do we loose all our work we have done till now?
we have already created a package by K2 deployment package tool, but we don't know how to use it for backup.

Hey there
Uninstalling SmartForms should not delete your work, as it is saved locally as a project file separate of the actualdeployed utilities and workflows. Uninstalling it and reinstalling it should not affect them.
As for using a deploy package, it is a little tricky to use it as a backup, as it is usually just used to deploy the forms to the server. There is usually a method for downloading the forms and workflows for editing, though, so it could be used as a backup if necessary.
