We have a workflow that, among other things, will send an email. On random occassions the email will be sent with the wrong data. The subject will have the correct project number, the data in the email will be correct and even reference the correct data, but the url in the email will go to some other project.
This doesn't happen regularly but seems to be occurring more and more frequently. We assumed this was some sort of caching issue, but other than that we are not sure how this could happen.
