Need to create a discussion forum like this in K2 Smartform?

Hi,

We need to create a discussion forum like this in K2 smartform. whether its created using smartform

And also we need to have attachment , where this attachment is stored in DB or sharepoint. Have a option to select a (email me when someone reply)

Need a help.
