Workflow is triggered and an email on a specific day

Hi Folks, 

I have SharePoint Online environment with Nintex Enterprise edition and

Business Requirement:  
One of the customers has a business requirement when a workflow is a triggered and an email on a specific day (mid of month). Workflow should also triggers two days before last working day for monthly report. 

Research: 

I found from community that somebody used "Calculate Date" method as shown:

However, I tried the same action on Office 365, I was not able to find this “Calculate Date” action:

There are following the date functions available on Office 365: 

• Add time to Date. 
• Find Intervals Between Dates
• Pause until Date. 
• Set Time Portion of Date/Time Field. 

How could I achieve the workflow using Office 365 date function as used above? 
Can advise anyone which date function used to meet the requirements?

After more research I noted following points.

• As the email has to be triggered every month. It should be site workflow within Nintex .
• Need a logic where an email is triggered every 20^th for the month. Has somebody worked on this requirement? ‌ can you please advice? 
• Email triggers two days before last working day. I found a Vadim’s blog but when I import the User Defined Action, Office 365 required nwp format.

Hi All, 

I have created a workflow variable in SharePoint Online and set a today's date. As follows:


Then login into Workflow list.


I published and saved the workflow.
Then date is captured is logged into the workflow list with complete date time format.


I have researched a lot of options for format date functions such as

but could not find any.

Is it possible to format date to get month and day in SharePoint Online?
Any help would be appreciated. ‌ ‌ ‌

I am able to found a trick / workaround that schedule the workflow that trigger for the specific day on Office 365. 
Any idea to  Get Last Date of This Month using Nintex for Office 365? ‌ ‌ ‌??

Are you using Nintex Forms? If so , you could set a control with Jquery.

‌, Is it possible to compute the last day of month in the Nintex Workflow? 
If I use Nintex form, how could I the last date last month date value in the workflow???
