My sharepoint SharePoint Events Integration Wizard is missing from Visual Studio 2010. Is it a problem with my K2 version?
my k2 blackpearl version is: 4.12060.1520.0

It should be there, is it showing up in the K2 Studio client? I would try resetting the Toolbox in Visual Studio by right mousing clicking inside the toolbox and selecting Reset Toolbox.

i got it. however i configured it but does not appear on workflow canvas. why?

You should see a new SharePoint Workflow Integration icon on the process bar in the top right just above the design canvas. All the integration wizards will add a new icon so you can modify the settings if need be.
