1) Would like a way to be able to copy/save URLs that would point to the specific page that I am on for HelpDesk for other admin so they can quickly access the page without explicit instructions to drill down to particular level.
2) audit features on admin actions (delete process, remove workitem/keep log, add role/delete role) to a separate audit page and allows text search. So we can review what has taken place to the environment.
3) In Instances menu item (that allows stop/remove/goto activity), add a [+] feature to display where the activity is at and whom it's assigned to. Having an auto expand all option when needing to remove multiple records without need to [+] each one.
This makes removing the correct item easier without switching to Worklist to do another search.
