i want to implement "K2Field.k2.ServiceObject.Dynamic.LateBind.ILateBindValidation" interface to my project but i cant find thid dll in dictionary.
any one have any idea?

That is not a K2 DLL. Is it provided by a third party?

Again, that is a third-party DLL. K2 would have no way to provide you this DLL, so you will have to contact the author.
