Symptoms
When deploying workdesk package, it is adding a third runtime to the URL.
Diagnoses
Upon packaging, if a form has been set to default and the wizard finishes. It will bring up a browser that shows three runtime URL. This only happens when you set the browser to open the form by default. When looking at the runtime URL in Designer, the URL does show the proper runtime.
For example:
https://k2.denallix.com/Runtime/Runtime/Runtime/Form/K2 Workdesk...
Verified that the Runtime values in workspace are correct.
Resolution
Confirmed that this is a bug. Please contact support if you run into this issue.
Workaround - One way to avoid this is to edit the package and uncheck the checkbox “set as default” from the form and then deploy
