K2.ProcessInstance.Originator.Email is not found in Active directory

Hi All,

We are having workflow developed in K2 blackpearl. At one step this workflow send and email to the process originator. For the we are have custom event which use following line to get the email address of process originator.

k2.SendEmail(K2.ProcessInstance.Originator.Email, mailBody);

Now this works fine for all users but we are having issue for only one user for which K2 not able to find his email address from Active directory.

I have also verified his active directory property and he has email address set in his general Tab.

What else I need to look for in active directory so that k2 should able to get his email ID property.

Any help in this will be highly appriciated.
