SmartForms Client Event and SharePoint Groups

Hi guys, 

How can I assign a SmatForms Client Event to a SharePoint 2013 Group using K2 studio? It is a similar challange to adding a user as described in this post.

The article worked because it is using the AD username, however, SharePoint groups are not in AD. 

 

Any idea how?

Dear ,

 

there are 2 steps to do , to make u able to see ur sharepoint groups .

first u will need to go to ur k2 workspace --> user managers --> group provider --> SP

then add the group provider to ur SITE collections from there , give it a convenient name .

these steps will make u able to find ur sharepoint groups under the specified site collection by you , inside ur k2 studio context browser and use them as destination if u want .
