Why does my process work for me but no one else?

Total newby here, and I'm probably missing something fundamental, but I have a process that is initialized when a document is added to a SharePoint doc library. It works great for me, but only me. No one else can kick it off. The instances don't even show in K2 Process Overview.

Is there a permissions setting somewhere that I don't see? I've tried finding it in the documentation.

Thanks!

You do have to give users start permissions. This is done in workspace. > Management > Workflow Processes > "Process" > Process Rights

Did you do that?
