Sharepoint online K2 application click throws "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Hi

 

I have installed K2 for sharepoint app in sharepoint online with full control(help.k2.com/KB001443). When I click on K2 application in the ribbon menu, it throws object reference error.

Below is the screenshot of error:

When we review K2 server log then I can see more details about error. 

Error message: "10702 An error occurred in the sharepointintegration service instance. Object reference not set to an instance of object."

 

I have tried this with general user as well as K2 service account but had same error.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi


 


Please ensure that the Sharpoint app has indeed been added correctly, this can be seen from the home screen of sharepoint. Also if try to run K2.exe located in C:Program Files x86K2 Blackpearlsetupsetup.exe in repair mode.
