Worklist Item to be seen by another user/location manager

Dear All,


I need to implement the following scenario:-


The worklist items are assigned to different users(roles) at a location; say it is assigned to User1, User2, User3 from the different processess. Now there is location manager who needs to see all the worklist items whether they are completed/open or available for all the processes (proc1, Proc2 etc). Please note that Location manager is not really a manager of these users and the hierarchy is not maintained any where in the active directory.


Could you please let me know who to achieve this? can we make him super user kind of thing? Any pointers will be very helpful. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi Ajay


Depending on your Security needs you could always give the Location Manager "Admin" Rights , which would enable him to access the Management Console along with the Global Worklist which will contain the affore mentioned Worklist items . Alternatively ,if this User simply needs to be able to View the Status of these Worklist items ,  you could simply give the Location Manager View rights on the Processes in question which would allow him to generate Reports on the Processes , supplying him with the needed Information .
