Hi,

I am trying to create a workflow user portal. Among other things, it displays a list of completed workflow instances a given user started. I have this list populated but I am having problems with displaying actual workflow instances. It looks like K2 only allows to display instances, which user needs to act on. After user approves/denies and completes the step, the link to the page is no longer working.

Yes. Once the task is completed K2 shuffles it out of workspace, It's still in the db thought. The HostServer stuff in SQL is where that business is stored.

Friendly warning - Don't modify the DB if you do find what you're looking for in there.

Oh god yes, do not intall anything in the K2 db. Super hyper mega important, it will create more problems than it solves.

Thank you for your replies. I am way to new to K2 to try to use its database outside of K2 tools or try to access it directly. I am just surprised that there is no easy way to get information about completed workflow instances. I ended up displaying workflow flow link instead.

Thank you again

In the the reports section of workspace there are several ways to display completed processes and view the decision flow involved.  I'll link a bunch of info for you below:

That said, my interpretation was that you wanted these displayed in say, a "completed" section in a worklist, or in a web-part somewhere, which I don't believe is OOTB functionality.

Either way, since it's almost caturday here on the internet, some words of wisdom for K2 in general, unless support tells you otherwise...  http://i.imgur.com/mqxrsSU.jpg
