Can a fields in Nintex Form change base on the choices selected?

Hi Everyone,

Can a Form change base on the choices picked? for example I have 3 choices (A, B and C).

"A" is the default view of the form and has a fields First Name, Last Name and Middle Name.

"B" has a field Age, Birthday and Birth Place.

"C" has a field Permanent Address, Nationality and Contact number

When a user picks "B" it will only shows the fields Age, Birthday and Birthplace.

Also, is it possible to filter choices base on the user opening the form?

For example the network team will only see choices A and B. The windows Team will only see choice C.

Yes, Rogelio Tan‌, you can.

You can add 3 panels and set a rule for each panel making it visible or not, based on the value of your choice control.

Inside each panel set the fields you mention.

HiFernando Hunth, I successfully created 3 Yes/No control that will show different panels. Now it is possible to show different panels base on the user that will be using the form? For example User1 will only see Panel A and B while User2 can only see Panel B and C.
