It's really wired, the attachment will disappear when i choose edit with Nintex in Felix task, I'm sure it will exist if i use the default form in Felix task, is this a bug or is there a simply way can make the item's attachment show up in Nintex form?

this is default behaviour. Have a look at this thread for a workaround: collect task attachments in list item and show all attachments in next task
