I get the following error when clicking on the continue button in the infopath task pane,
Unable to create Process Instance.
Domainadministrator does not have permissions to start the process.
kindly let me know what is the problem.

The administrator has not been granted "Start" permissions for the process. No one, by default, can start a process. Quite likely, the administrator has not been set as an Admin for the process either.
Use K2.Net 2003 Service Manager to assign permissions for a process you've created and exported.
