Each time, i want to register the K2 blackpearl App, i select the URL of the Designer and when i click register, i am redirected to the following page that list that the spauthorize page is not found. if i go the blackpearl files, the page is already found. please check attached picture.

Can you confirm the version of all K2 components being used? Also, double check your enviroinment settings.

Have you configured the K2 for SharePoint 2013 ?
Are you running the registeration wizard from K2 server

Normally K2 URL required in K2 for SP registration wizard should be your Runtime URL. So it should look like http://servername.domain.com/Runtime/Runtime. If previously you entered wrong URL at this step of K2 for SP registration wizard it will be stored in hidden list and presented to you all the time you running registration wizard, and to correct this you can edit "SmartForms_Runtime_URL" setting stored in the hidden list which can be accessed via following URL:
https://yoursite.yourdomain.com/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/Lists/K2%20Settings/AllItems.aspx
