I have a process where the last activity is a general activity with a server mail event. No destinations are set up. Yet the process even after it is finished still says Active.
Any ideas as to why and how to fix this?
Have you checked the K2 Service Manager and Event Log for errors relating to the specified process? There is a very good chance that the ServerMail event is throwing an error and the Process itself just isn't realizing an error has been thrown. Let us know what you find.
